Do you want to know the best part about this homemade lasagna? It is two days old. Lasagna always tastes better after it has had a chance to solidify in the fridge. Even Emery will agree. Two days ago when I pulled this fresh out of the oven, she ate 4 bites. Tonight, she ate a whole piece.
