Look very closely. What do you see? You are seeing a mother's protective instinct at it's best. Inside this decorative shrub is a mother duck sitting on her 11 freshly laid eggs. Unfortunately, her choice of location is not the best because this bush is one of many that circles the pool area of the Hilton in down town Branson. We attended the grand opening party of the new restaurant I was telling you all about and found this worried mother duck while watching the pool side entertainment. Even though there was about a hundred people walking inches from her nest, she was not going to budge.
