Cuatro de Marzo! I know that's not a holiday but it sure felt like one. Tonight was "Tequila Night" at our favorite mexican restaurant. One flat fee gets you a five course meal with a featured tequila mixed drink to match each dish...not to mention the six tequila tasters that went along with it. (I passed on those. As you can see, I had trouble keeping up to begin with.) My favorite was the first one: cucumber agave. It was so light and fresh. It reminded me of spring ...and warmth ...and the beach.
