We attended a company Christmas party last night that included a 4 course dinner. This was our appetizer. I forgot to ask the maitre'd what it was but my guess would be a boiled fingerling potato stuffed with tuna pate topped with bacon, chives and paired with a sour cream flower drizzled with spicy sauce.
